Despite some of her so called “friends” not believing her, the public scrutiny, and the law suit that her ex filed against her manager and the TV show producers, K. Michelle is still standing by her claims that her ex-boyfriend/manager Memphitz, “beat the shit out of her” as she would say.

Her explosive claims prompted him to sue the Vh1 network for airing the reality show, which K. Michelle recently credited for giving her a platform to speak her "truth."

"I¹ve always been told that the truth shall set you free. I stand behind my story 100%. I came on the 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' show mainly because I wanted to give a voice and bring light to a very serious issue," K. Michelle told TMZ.com."I am very grateful to Vh1 and Monami Ent. for the opportunity to tell my story, and touch lives worldwide ... I look forward to having my day in court and finally having the truth of my story confirmed in a court of law," she went on.On Tuesday, it was announced that Memphitz hired attorney Conti J. Moore of Conti Moore Law, PLLC as his legal representation before filing a legal complaint against Viacom International, NFGTC, Inc., and Mona's Monami Entertainment.K. Michelle, 26, has since retained her own legal representation, attorney Matt Middleton, and vows to challenge Memphitz's claims that she is lying about the assault claims to ultimately help other victims.

Memphitz lawyers are of course stating that K. Michelle’s claims are false, and that she has no proof, but according to K. Michele, she does have proof, in the form of texts and emails.  In the past few months she had been threatening to release the proof she had, if people didn’t leave her alone, so it will be interesting to see if she ends up releasing her proof now.  A lawsuit seems like a pretty valid time to release said information.
This will get interesting.
