Sources close to Chad tell TMZ ... he won't sign the docs or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn't want to get a divorce. We're told Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back. But Evelyn is not having any of it. According to sources, Evelyn is still planning on going through with the divorce.
Ugh, I just want both of these people to go away
already. My sympathy is over for both of
them at this point.
