Chad Johnson Finally Gets a Clue

Chad Johnson filed the papers yesterday in a Florida court ... in response to the docs Evelyn filed back on August 14. In his papers, Chad admits the two have a prenup that he believes should be enforced -- especially the part about who pays for the lawyers.According to the docs, Johnson wants a judge to BLOCK Evelyn's request that Chad foot the bill for her legal fees ... citing a provision in the prenup in which the two sides agreed to pay their own way if they were to split up.

It looks like Chad is finally figuring out he was used.  Hopefully he gets it together quickly.

Sources close to Chad tell TMZ ... he won't sign the docs or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn't want to get a divorce. We're told Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back.  But Evelyn is not having any of it.  According to sources, Evelyn is still planning on going through with the divorce.

Ugh, I just want both of these people to go away already.  My sympathy is over for both of them at this point.

I did not watch Evelyn’s interview, I already was on the fence about her but when I saw the few stills and the previews of her interview, I noticed there is no scar, and I’m sorry but there is no way in hell that there shouldn’t be at least some form of a scar, so that right there made me feel quite pissed.

Evelyn Lozada Cancels all Future Public Appearances

According to TMZ, Evelyn will not be making any public appearances anytime soon.  Apparently she had several appearances lined up, but according to sources, she will not be attending any of them.

Including the second half of her book tour for "The Wives Association: Inner Circle," as well as various club gigs and a book expo in September where she was supposed to appear alongside "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice.

Honestly, I’m on the fence about this one.  I don’t condone domestic violence nor do I condone the victim being blamed, but I am just so on the fence with this one.  I mean we know her reputation, we know his, and I just find it hard to believe her side of the story.  It’s sad I know.
