Chad Johnson Finally Gets a Clue

Chad Johnson filed the papers yesterday in a Florida court ... in response to the docs Evelyn filed back on August 14. In his papers, Chad admits the two have a prenup that he believes should be enforced -- especially the part about who pays for the lawyers.According to the docs, Johnson wants a judge to BLOCK Evelyn's request that Chad foot the bill for her legal fees ... citing a provision in the prenup in which the two sides agreed to pay their own way if they were to split up.

It looks like Chad is finally figuring out he was used.  Hopefully he gets it together quickly.

Teen Mom Farrah Abraham Getting Her Own Reality Show?

Jay Z Changes His Mind

When it comes to the whole Occupy Wall Street thing, I was pretty much on the fence.  Personally I’m a believer of if you want something to change, change it.  Don’t sit around and whine about it, get off your butt, and become that 1% or whatever the issue is and fix it.  However, I do feel how some people would feel like Jay Z is kind of a dick after reading this interview with New York Times Magazine, especially since he tried to sell Occupy Wall Street T-Shirts, however, him and his wife do contribute to charities, and I do sort of get what he is saying.  The people that worked hard to get in that 1% don’t deserve to be punished at all.

I’m on Team Usher on this one, and I’ll tell you why.  While yes I do think he is probably quite a jerk (there have been rumors for years he’s a bit of an a**hole), there have also been rumors for years regarding Tameka’s sanity, so this whole “Oh Usher’s Lawyer bought the judgment” thing is crap.  Judges don’t take away kids from the mother unless the mother is bad, and no amount of money and stuff can keep the kids either way.  Look at Britney Spears, she lost her kids and she is way more popular than Tameka, with way more money than her baby daddy, however, the courts proved she was crazy, so she lost her kids.  Same thing with Tameka, even though Usher has money, that doesn’t mean ish.  The chick was fighting for her Saks card, because of “business” which is crap, if you are that big and have that many clients, then you should be able to get your own Saks account.  Rachel Zoe has one.

Only 50 People in North Carolina Care about Kim Kardashian

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I’m so glad this happened.  There are reports that the club was in a seedy part of town and a lot of locals may have thought that Kim Kardashian hosting was just a hoax, but I would prefer to believe it’s because people are finally getting tired of her, and she will soon fall off into obscurity.

Nicki Minaj vs. Rihanna: Is This Beef Real

The VMA’s had a whole lot of drama, and a lot of it centered around Rihanna.  First there was the kiss and hug saw around the world, then there was the Young Money beef, and now there is the Nicki Minaj beef.  Apparently Rihanna and Nicki Minaj have had a long standing feud ever since the fight between Drake and Chris Brown.  Reportedly Nicki felt like Rihanna stirred up tensions between Chris and Drake on purpose.

Reportedly at first Nicki and Rihanna played nice, taking pictures and being cordial to each other.  But when Nicki won her award for Best Female Video, the nice/nice ended.

Neither Nicki nor Rihanna’s camp have commented on the rumors going around, but personally I hope it’s not true, although I’m going to be honest, I wouldn’t put it past either one of them.  Both women are known for having egos and tempers, and are fiercely loyal to the men in their life, so who knows if this is true or not.

Lil Wayne has filed a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III, obtained by TMZ, claiming he never gave permission to use his music in the documentary about him -- "The Carter."
Among the songs used, hits like "Lollipop," "Stuntin' Like My Daddy," "Pussy Monster," "Let the Beat Build," "La La," "Mr. Carter," "A Milli," and "Dontgetit."  All of the songs were from Lil's multi-platinum album, "Tha Carter III."

Kristen Stewart Tries to Get Rob’s Attention

Even though this movie was filmed before the whole cheating scandal thing broke, you have to really wonder where her mind was when she agreed to do this movie.  Oh and Rob’s.

And then there’s the much-talked-about bit where she appears to be sitting naked in the front seat of car and using her hands to pleasure Hedlund and Riley at the same time.

So seeing as how this movie was filmed when she was with Rob and probably still banging the director of her other movie, it’s got to be pretty awkward right?  I mean she’s basically living out the cheating scandal again, only this time on film.

Kat Stacks is Back

Well, she’s not really back, but she did do an interview with XXL magazine.  First of all, I have been wondering where this chick went.  Last I read about her, she was in jail waiting to get deported, and apparently, now she really is getting deported. 

XXLMag.com: For those that don't know, describe your situation for the past two years.

Kat Stacks: Well, I was going to the court for immigration and they had changed my court date to two days earlier without notifying me or my lawyer. So, they put that I didn't show and put out a warrant for deportation [to Venezuela]. But once I told them that they didn't notify me, they re-opened my case again. By the time they did that, I got apprehended at the airport in Nashville and they took me to the cell detention facility in Louisiana. They didn't give me a bond, so I had to fight my case there. The judge didn't like my Kat Stacks persona. He didn't like it at all. That's the reason he told me that I'm not allowed to stay in the country, even though I showed him evidence of underage sex trafficking and domestic violence. That's violating my freedom of speech and press rights. Now, I have to stay here and fight them back.

K. Michelle Still Standing by Her Claims

Ugh, I wish Kanye would just stop all of this already.  I know I may seem like a “hater” but first of all that word gets thrown around way to lightly, and second of all, I just don’t like her period.  I actually do think she is a smart business woman, I mean hey she turned a sex tape into what it she is today, but I don’t like her, I think she’s fake, annoying, and I’ve never wanted to see someone hurt emotionally as bad as I want to see her hurt.  It’s sick I know, but whatever.  I will however, commend Kanye, he is definitely sticking by this chick, and that is quite endearing.
